Realme Paysa in India
The trending mobile brand Realme has announced Realme Paysa in India and will go head-on with the Mi Credit service from Xiaomi.
The users will be able to take digital loans. It works as a financial tool. Realme just took off the wraps from its new product Realme X2 and Realme Buds Air wireless earbuds but another new product was announced now to mark Realme's foray into the financial sector. It's called the Realme Paysa and it will be available for all Android phones in a few months. Currently, only the interested users can download the beta app from the Google Play Store and can start using some of the services available at launch. The app will be later pre-installed on all Realme devices in the future.
The Realme Paysa is similar to Xiaomi's Mi Credit service and it will also offer financial services in these key sectors- lending, savings and protection, payments and tools for business. The company assures that all the transaction data will be stored in India and Realme is employing the latest in IT security to keep everything safe.
To make the service more user-friendly, Paysa will come with a human customer service that will chat with users in both English and Hinglish languages. The customer service will be available all 16 hours a day across seven days a week.
